GUCML is in its first year. Today the League maintains records and runs selection against published objective criteria. It does not yet run camps, in-person training, or any program in which an adult from the League has private contact with a child.
Children do not hold accounts on GUCML. Every message, decision and request reaches the parent first. Profiles are parent-controlled, protected with AES-256 encryption, and are not published as public profile pages.
